Flamingo

Last night we went to a save our library event. Leila got to pet a monkey, and saw and owl and then they busted out a FLAMINGO! Leila just walked right up to it. I mean she was with in kissing the beak distance in a matter of seconds!

I checked Leila's hair and for over a week- no NITS and no BUGS so we are busting out her toys later today!! Also she is feeling so much better- no fever since Wednesday morning, she is still not eating 'meals' but kinda snacking through out the day- I can tell she has lost some weight, probably 3lbs- which is a lot for my little girl.

Last weekend was an eventful one at my sister's house. Friday we got the girls pictures taken together- and out of about 70 there was 1 to choose where they both were looking at camera/ smiling. the drama started Saturday after Hope took Christian to Wolf Lodge Water park for his birthday Friday.To summarize- Christian spent his birthday in the ER and then overnight at the hospital. Gasoline leak in garage smothered the house in fumes. Power went out at my sister's house (while I was there alone with the girls).

This is a cute picture of the girls on the computer- watching Hi-5. Actually this is moments before they started spinning in the computer chair, and then it fell backwards and unlatched the vacuum that fell on top of them both. It was a rough two minutes. (you can almost see the Dyson reflect in the background). We survived.
