Knock! Knock!

Leila in her toddler bed now comes to the door and knocks at it before opening. Its so cute, because after her nap I'll say 'come in Leila' but tonight she was knocking at the door when she was supposed to be asleep. I went to the door- which surprised her, and she looked at me for a second and said 'toe' and pointed at her feet. Like, maybe she was knocking on the door to say 'hi mom, i found a toe!'
I then escorted her to her bed for her to 'lay down your head' which i just repeat over and over until she does. She first had to make sure Mickey & Minnie were together on a pillow. Once they were safe and 'lay down' then Leila could lay her head down- after she covered them with her blanket- of course!?!?
