Leila has more stuffed animals than she will ever need. so i put them on a shelf and every once in a while she'll end up over there and pull all the animals off the 2nd shelf. sometimes trying extra extra hard to get the last one after when her lap is too full to let her get up and reach further- i love watching her.
Above the rocking chair is a shelf- and on the self was a huge stuffed bear- and lately she was barely breaking her back to see it when she sits down. Today i got the bear down and the little stuffed white mouse that was perched on his leg down- and you know what?? she hasn't even touched the bear but she has been lugging around the white mouse! who knew she wanted the little animal?? PS when i went to college I got this from my mom as the consolation for never getting a pet albino rat- who knows. .now I'll be the one getting my daughter a pet rat someday!
